The Rhine, one of Europe’s longest rivers, has represented a vital route for commerce and transport since ancient times, taking ships from the heart of the continent all the way to the North Sea. The players, based in Basel, take orders to deliver goods to cities along the Rhine, or even further afield to London. Using all viable forms of transportation, they must balance methods, timing, and resources necessary to complete the orders or pay the penalty.
